Ingredients

  • 3 ice blocks
  • Dash of water
  • 1 banana (sliced)
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 handful blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp protein powder
  • 1/3 cup coconut milk
  • 1/3 cup full cream yoghurt
  • 1 Tbsp macadamia nut butter

Instructions

  1. Add ice and water and blend.
  2. Add all the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
